Join The Hybrid Fitness Movement

Club Hybrid is a community that is dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and find a fitness regime that inspires them. The community was founded by Rob Hartley, a personal trainer with extensive experience in the fitness industry. Rob's hybrid training method is the foundation of the community's mission, which he developed after experiencing a lack of direction and motivation in his own training. It started with a challenge to run 100km in 10 hours, back squat 200kg and do 100 unbroken push ups in the same day. These specific hybrid fitness goals gave Rob a renewed sense of purpose and enjoyment. This became the backbone of the Club Hybrid training method i.e. the simultaneous pursuit of strength and endurance goals. Since then the method has been refined and developed for all abilities and has proven to be extremely effective.


The ultimate goal of Club Hybrid is to build a community of like-minded individuals of all abilities who want to take on ambitious fitness challenges together and make positive changes in their lives.
